I hope I can write some interesting articles and offer lots of information about birth, pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and midwifery. At the moment I’m thinking a lot about the two wonderful women I’ve recently looked after as a doula during the births of their babies. They were typical of many women I teach and look after - strong, hopeful and trusting their natural instincts. I think their calmness and gentle breathing amazed the midwives looking after them. They both did such a great job and now have beautiful baby boys. Welcome to the world. What a great job I have.
